A short history of Amanda Breedt
Welcome to my portfolio.
I am a freelance graphic designer who has been manipulating images and designs since 2008. I was enthralled from day one. I have a great love for design, photography and everything in between.
The great outdoors inspires me daily, with bright colours, places and people. In 2007 I was introduced to editing and design through photography. My interests in the art of design were sparked right away by the endless possibilities.
I have completed many different designs for corporates and individuals. Confident in my skills and the ability to adapt and learn make me flexible in many aspects of design.
Intuitive, focused, supportive and an achiever is some of my best traits. I strive to help others in any way possible. Please feel free to browse my portfolio as well as the programs I am accustomed to.

some samples of work done on these different platforms.
Microsoft PowerPoint
An extremely powerful tool. I enjoy PowerPoint for workflow charts, instructional demonstrations and slideshow presentations.
The graphing functionality is super quick and gives a professional look to any design.
Microsoft Office Suite
I have been using office since 2005 on a daily basis. I am fluent in all the listed software and have extensive knowledge on Excel based calculations and automation of costing sheets that I have been using for sales and freight costs.
Adobe Suite
A good working knowledge of the listed adobe products. I use these on a daily basis for the upkeep and creation of new data sheets, informational documents, company documents, websites, printed consumables and many more.

AutoCad
Working in the manufacturing industry, I have a good working knowledge of drawing and reading drawings. I mainly deal with 2D drawings and basic 3D. I am a fast learner and enjoy expanding my knowledge.
Labelling & Barcoding
Having worked with Nursery and plant labelling, I have an excellent working knowledge of label printers, labels, ribbons and their software. Creating labels for stock control to be used within accounting software at point-of-sale or general warehousing bin locations and allocation of stock throughout projects. Barcoding is included in the Argox Bartender software that makes the creation of barcodes for data collectors easy and accessible to anyone with the need for this functionality.
